I took the photos early this morning while on a walk. Time was about 7:30am.I think they are egg casings. They aren't banana slug eggs. I understand their eggs are clear.

Well, they're not blue, so prolly not smurf eggs.
Nope. Not salamander or newt or centipede or millepede or my eggs.
BTW, they are very tiny. The 2nd photo shows a small piece of redwood duff. This duff is about 3 inches in length.
I'm guessing some kind of mold-like spore... mushroom-like...

Not your eggs...um, let's see then. Hmmm....taking the color into account, perhaps they're Barbie eggs.
